Dr. Njanjobea Isah Leontes, a PhD holder in Human Resource Management, is a Post-Doctoral Researcher. His expertise spans human capital management, organizational performance, work engagement, employee performance, and the 4IR. He doubles as an HR consultant and has awards from the National Research Foundation and the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Dr.Elisa Di Febo is a Research Fellow in Financial Markets and Institution and Securities Markets for University G.d’Annunzio of Chieti-Pescara (Italy). She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business from the same University. She is a Guest Editor for various journals indexed on Scopus “Q1”. Her interests are Financial Markets, Bank sectors, Digitalization, Credit Risk, and Transition Risks.

Mr. Bryan Charisma and is a Portfolio Analyst in PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia. He is a Certified Financial Planner, he enjoys using his skills to manage subsidiaries business development.

Mrs. Burcu Yengil Bülbül completed his primary and secondary education in Gaziantep. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 2013. She received her master’s degree from Hatay Mustafa Kemal University Graduate School of Social Sciences, Department of Economics in 2014. In 2019, she started her PhD program at Gaziantep University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics.

Mrs. Maide Betül AKSOY completed his primary and secondary education in Malatya. She graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration in 2013. She completed her master’s degree from Gaziantep University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics in 2019. In the same year, she started her PhD program at Gaziantep University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics.

MTax, B Comm. CPA, CMA, is a Professor of Accounting and Accounting Department Chair at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Canada. Her research focuses on federal income tax law and its impact on individuals and businesses. In addition to numerous journal publications, Prof. Chu holds several academic awards and was awarded CPA Ontario Fellow in 2022.

Mr. Masoud Yavari holds a master’s degree in Industrial Management specializing in Production and Operations. In 2021, he began his PhD studies in Supply Chain Management at the University of Ljubljana, where he is currently a PhD candidate. His research primarily focuses on designing and optimizing reverse logistics networks and exploring innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of supply chain processes. With a strong academic background and practical expertise, Masoud is committed to advancing logistics and supply chain management in academic and industrial settings.

Ms. Asmaa Elmoutaouakkil is a PhD candidate at the University Hassan II of Casablanca, where she is researching entrepreneurship in the digital age, focusing on how social networks and digital tools influence entrepreneurial success. In parallel with her studies, she runs a small business and also teaches
students, which is something she is passionate about. She is deeply interested in helping others learn and thrive, particularly in educational settings, and she is always eager to explore new methods and approaches to enhance learning experiences.
