What happens after my abstract is accepted ?
If your abstract is accepted, you must register and pay the conference fee to confirm your presentation and secure your spot.
How do I submit the full paper after the conference?
After the conference, authors are invited to submit their full papers based on the author guidelines for publication opportunities.
Is there a word or page limit for submissions?
Yes—abstracts should be 200–250 words. Full papers should not exceed 12 pages (including references and tables).
Can I register before I receive acceptance of my submission?
Yes, registration is flexible—you can register early even before you receive acceptance.
Do all co-authors need to register?
Only the author who will attend (in-person or online) needs to register.

Payment and Discounts

What payment methods are accepted for registration?
You can pay using Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfer. For wire transfers, upload a payment receipt when you register.
Can I get a registration discount for group submissions?

Is the registration fee refundable?
No, registration fees are non‑refundable in case of cancellation or non-attendance.

How long is each presentation session?
Oral presentation sessions are 15 minutes long; details are in the guidelines.
Are conference sessions mandatory to attend?

Post-Conference

How will my full paper be reviewed?
Your full paper undergoes a double‑blind peer review process before acceptance for publication in the proceedings or other academic outlets.
When will I receive publication instructions?
Expect full‑paper submission guidelines by email within three business days after the conference concludes.
How do I receive my e-certificate?
E‑certificates are sent digitally via email to registered participants within a week after the conference ends.
